Verdict
|
After all the negative reaction, one wonders if the harsh critics have seen the same show. This is a wonderful lushly romantic production, which marks one of the peaks in Andrew Lloyd Webbers career. It is full of beautiful tunes, with a heartfelt romantic storyline involving the three main characters and an eye popping series of theatrical coup de graces. Sierra Borgess’ voice is a beautiful instrument to interpret the longing and desire of her character, while Joseph Millson as her wayward husband Raoul is equally masterful.”Love Never Dies” soars and shimmers with a style and a glitz which is definitely on a par with it’s predecessor. |
